Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all HCL Clamping designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
